The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, quality control, and documentation to fully demolish the existing system and install a new 316 stainless‑steel piping network, including welds, supports, and comprehensive testing. The work must comply with ASME B31.3, OSHA, and Air Force safety regulations, and include extensive documentation, safety plans, and post‑installation reporting.
• Demolition and safe removal of existing nitrogen piping.
• Installation of new 5,000 psi rated 316 SS pipe, regulators, storage cylinders, and connections to the plasma spray booth.
• TIG welding of pipe joints (6G certified welder required).
• Replacement of pipe supports and anchoring.
• Hydrostatic test to 7,500 psi for 1 hour and pneumatic leak test at 5,500 psi for 2 hours.
• Full safety compliance (hot‑work permits, fall protection, HAZMAT, environmental).
• Submission of all required documentation (drawings, test results, safety plans, certifications).
