The City of Cleveland’s Division of Purchases & Supplies is seeking a vendor to supply a broad range of grade‑5 or higher fasteners, bolts, nuts, and related hardware that meet SAE J429 standards and are manufactured in North America. The contract will be a small‑scale purchase with a maximum PO ceiling of $10,000 and a one‑year validity period. Bids must include discount percentages off manufacturer list prices for three categories and must embed all shipping costs in the unit price. The award will be made to the lowest and best bidder that complies with all mandatory requirements, including provision of MSDS and a wage‑theft/payroll‑fraud disclosure.
• Provide Grade 5 or better fasteners meeting SAE J429, all North‑American origin, no substitutes.
• Submit bids by November 5, 2026 3:00 PM via sealed envelope or email to the designated bid address.
• Include required discounts on Infasco, an alternate manufacturer/distributor, and miscellaneous sources; all freight must be included in unit prices.
