CS-GRTE001 INTELLECTUAL PROP PURCHASE

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking to purchase intellectual property rights, including trademarks, from Grand Teton Lodge Company. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis. The contractor will provide all rights, title, and interest in the specified trademarks, including goodwill. The period of performance is from September 15, 2025, to November 15, 2025. Key services include: • Providing all rights, title, and interest in U.S. federally registered trademarks • Transferring goodwill associated with the trademarks • Delivering intellectual property rights for Jackson Lake Lodge, Jenny Lake Lodge, and Colter Bay Village • Including common law trademarks such as The Mural Dining Room and The Pioneer Grill
