This is a non‑expiring, qualifying Request for Proposal issued by Grand Prairie Independent School District (GPISD) to establish a district‑wide vendor list for technology equipment, materials, supplies and related services. No specific products or services are identified; any qualified vendor that submits the required forms (Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Certificate of Insurance, etc.) and meets insurance, background‑check, and compliance requirements will be added to the GPISD vendor roster. Once on the list, the vendor may be solicited for individual purchase orders as needs arise across the district. The solicitation emphasizes quality, suitability, and best value over price alone, and includes extensive compliance clauses (insurance, background checks, DEI prohibitions, ethics, and anti‑collusion certifications). • Non‑expiring RFP – open indefinitely (deadline 8/31/9999). • Qualifying bid only – no specific items; purpose is vendor list inclusion. • Required attachments: Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Certificate of Insurance, insurance guidelines, ACH setup form, etc. • Vendors must maintain appropriate insurance (A‑M Best B+VI or better) and pass background‑check/finger‑printing for any staff working on campuses. • Compliance with Texas statutes on DEI, ethics, and board‑member conflict of interest. • Awarded vendors receive purchase orders on a case‑by‑case basis; contract terms are governed by district purchase orders. • Evaluation points include price, reputation, quality, fit to district needs, past relationship, HUB status, and completeness of required documentation.
