The Legislative Affairs Agency is soliciting information from companies or firms interested in leasing commercial office space at the Anchorage Legislative Office Building. The office space is approximately 5,889 rentable square footage and is currently configured as a bank branch. Respondents must provide information such as name of principle or owner, business license number, number of years in operation, planned use of the leased space, and maximum price per RSF.
