Harvest Surveys

The State of North Dakota Game and Fish Department is seeking a contractor to design, distribute, collect, and process statewide harvest surveys for hunters and anglers. The work involves creating mixed‑mode (email and mail) questionnaires, managing large‑scale mailings, entering responses into Excel, performing QA/QC, scanning completed questionnaires, and delivering final data sets within ten weeks after each season close. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price for an initial 12‑month period with up‑to‑three optional 12‑month renewals. • Develop and update electronic and paper questionnaires for multiple survey programs (fishing, waterfowl, furbearer). • Execute mixed‑mode distribution: initial email wave, three reminder emails, followed by mailed questionnaires to non‑respondents. • Collect, enter, and QA/QC data into a standardized Excel dataset; provide scanned images of paper responses. • Deliver final deliverables within 10 weeks of each season’s close and manage record destruction after survey completion.
