NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – Construction Manager at Risk – East Battlefield & Adjacent Areas Roadway Improvements

The City of Bentonville is seeking qualified construction firms to act as Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) for the East Battlefield & Adjacent Areas Roadway Improvements project. The scope includes design‑phase preconstruction services and later construction of roadway, roundabout, drainage, utility, traffic, and corridor improvements across multiple packages on East Battlefield Boulevard and surrounding streets. The selection will be based on experience, technical approach, financial strength, bonding capacity, and safety record. Submissions must be submitted through the Beacon Bid system by the stated deadline, and questions must be submitted by the earlier cut‑off date. • Heavy‑civil roadway and utility construction (roadway, roundabouts, drainage, utility relocations) • CMAR services: pre‑construction planning, cost estimating, phasing, risk mitigation, GMP development • Qualification‑based selection; no pre‑bid meeting or site visit required • All SOQs must be uploaded to Beacon Bid; email submissions not accepted
