Construction Manager at Risk Services for Sacramento International Airport Airfield Maintenance Facility Project

The County of Sacramento is seeking qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) firms to provide pre‑construction, construction‑management, and fee‑proposal services for a new Airfield Maintenance (AFMX) Facility at Sacramento International Airport. The project entails design, permitting, and construction of a ~20,000 sq ft pre‑engineered steel building that will house equipment bays, maintenance work areas, administrative offices, a 3,000 sq ft accessory structure, a raised loading dock, parking, utilities, HVAC, fire suppression, and site work (grading, drainage, paving, landscaping).
