Gas Meters and Accessories - DMR

The West Virginia DEP’s Division of Mining and Reclamation is issuing an RFQ to purchase three gas‑meter systems and associated accessories for mine safety and reclamation monitoring. Vendors must submit pricing for a complete package that includes an MSA ALTAIR 5X CH4 IR multi‑gas detector (or equivalent) with Bluetooth, color display, integrated pump, photo‑ionization sensor, sampling line, probe, regulator, calibration cylinder, and calibration gas. The equipment must meet specific detection limits for methane, oxygen, CO, H₂S, and VOCs, be NIST‑traceable, and be delivered FOB destination within 30 working days of award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced compliant vendor.
