Newcastle Beach Park Caretaker

The City of Bellevue is seeking a caretaker to provide security and customer service at Newcastle Beach Park. The caretaker will be responsible for daily tasks such as opening and closing the park gate, notifying visitors of park closing time, and maintaining a daily log of incidents and accidents. The caretaker will also be required to respond to special circumstances such as emergencies and non-emergency situations. The contract will be for a term of 2 years, with the option to renew for an additional 2 years. • Daily tasks: opening and closing the park gate, notifying visitors of park closing time, maintaining a daily log • Responding to special circumstances: emergencies, non-emergency situations, and informing park users of park rules and regulations • General responsibilities: providing materials and equipment necessary to perform duties, providing contractor identification, and submitting monthly invoices • Use and occupancy of premises: following city rules and regulations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
