Outside Counsel - IT Legal Support

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a qualified law firm to serve as outside counsel for complex information technology (IT) and intellectual property (IP) matters. The selected firm will provide legal representation, advice, and assistance on IT contracts, data security, software licensing, patents, trademarks, and related disputes. The contract will be awarded to one firm, with a maximum total compensation of $150,000, and will run from the contract execution date (anticipated December 2026) through August 31 2027, with possible extensions.
