The bidder must provide transportation for the pickup and shipment of the materials. The payment terms require 80% of the award amount to be paid at the time of pickup, with the balance due within 15 calendar days. • The bidder must initial each page of the agreement and provide all requested information and signatures. • The bidder must pick up the materials within 10 working days of the award date. • The bidder is responsible for securing the load and ensuring it is properly transported. • The Fort Knox QRP reserves the right to reject bids as non-responsive. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the handling and transportation of the materials.
