Description
The Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified consultants to provide civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for a major cemetery expansion in North Little Rock. The scope includes adding 4,000‑7,000 crypts plus 200 oversized crypts, designing infrastructure for roughly 223 acres (including columbarium niches, a new access road, fence line, water storage, irrigation, and remote restrooms), and preparing detailed design documentation for phased construction. The solicitation will be used to screen firms and select finalists for interview, with the possibility of awarding one or more contracts on a lump‑sum, percentage‑based, or hourly not‑to‑exceed basis.
