This Sources Sought Synopsis is a market‑research effort by NAVFAC Northwest to identify qualified SBA‑certified 8(a) small businesses capable of performing minor construction, repair, renovation, demolition, and maintenance work on naval installations in the Pacific Northwest. The eventual contract will be an IDIQ Job‑Order Contract (JOC) with a base period of one year and up to four one‑year options, totaling up to five years, with an estimated ceiling of $249 million and individual task orders ranging from $2 million to $2.5 million. Respondents must submit a completed “General Construction Sources Sought Information Form” by the response deadline.
• Scope: Minor construction, facility repairs, renovation, demolition, alteration, and maintenance (no certified design required).
• Geography: Multiple NAVFAC facilities in Washington (e.g., Naval Base Kitsap, NAS Whidbey Island, Naval Station Everett) and surrounding states.
