This Sources‑Sought Synopsis is a market‑research effort by NAVFAC Northwest to identify qualified Small Businesses capable of performing a multiple‑award IDIQ construction contract (NAICS 236220) covering new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and systems‑installation projects at federal installations across the Pacific Northwest and several Mid‑West states. The anticipated contract will have a two‑year base period with up to six one‑year options (maximum eight years) and a total ceiling of roughly $499 million. Individual task orders are expected to range from $500 k to $15 million.
