Small A&E Project

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking a contractor to provide architectural and engineering services for existing WSSC office buildings, depots, laboratories, and other occupied vertical facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing architectural design, engineering, and other related services. The project requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in business, completion of at least 10 projects in the past 8 years, and experience obtaining relevant building permits. The contractor must also have a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Maryland as the Project Manager. • The project involves architectural and engineering services for existing facilities • The contractor must have experience with renovations, rehabilitations, and reconfigurations • The contractor must have experience obtaining relevant building permits • The contractor must have a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer as the Project Manager • The project requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in business and completion of at least 10 projects in the past 8 years
