Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services IDIQ for Offutt AFB

The U.S. Air Force is seeking qualified Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms to provide Title I, Title II, and other specialized engineering services for Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. The services will support sustainment, restoration, modernization, and new construction projects. The government intends to award up to four single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Each contract will have a five-year base period and one five-year option period, with a maximum capacity of $49 million. The contracts will be awarded across four distinct pools of work: Specialized Engineering & Consulting, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, and Architecture & Renovation. • The government is looking for firms with experience in providing A-E services for similar projects. • The firms should have a strong understanding of local building codes, permits, and utility infrastructure. • The firms should be able to demonstrate their ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain quality control. • The firms should have a plan in place for ensuring cybersecurity compliance. • The firms should be able to provide a list of proposed key personnel, including their qualifications and experience. • The firms should be able to demonstrate their ability to work with the government and other stakeholders. • The firms should be able to provide a detailed description of their approach to providing A-E services. • The firms should be able to demonstrate their understanding of the government's requirements and expectations.
