The City of San Clemente is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish, upgrade, and bring into compliance the existing restroom facility at San Luis Rey Park. Work includes exterior parking‑space retrofits, new concrete walkways, metal fencing and gates, façade repairs, interior re‑configuration for ADA accessibility, new CMU walls, epoxy flooring, new plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, and all associated site‑work, permitting, and environmental controls. The contract is a lump‑sum unit‑price bid with a duration of 85 working days and includes strict performance‑bond, insurance, and licensing requirements.
• Demolition of the existing restroom building and associated site preparation.
• Installation of new concrete pads, CMU walls, metal fence/screen panels, ADA‑compliant parking stalls, and epoxy floor system with cove‑base.
• Full interior refurbishment: new doors, hardware, plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, signage, and accessibility accessories.
