Description

Renewable Water Resources seeks a contractor to restore and stabilize an eroded streambank along Brushy Creek adjacent to existing sanitary sewer infrastructure. The scope includes installing an approximate 80‑linear‑foot boulder toe wall, grading and reconstructing the washed‑out bank, implementing sediment and erosion control measures, and revegetating disturbed areas and newly created slopes to achieve long‑term stabilization. This project is focused on protecting waterway integrity and preventing further erosion that could impact surrounding utilities. • Install ~80 LF of boulder toe wall for structural support. • Perform grading, earthwork, and erosion control to rebuild the streambank. • Provide comprehensive revegetation of disturbed and new slopes. • Coordinate work to avoid interference with existing sanitary sewer lines. • Deliver final stabilization that meets environmental and regulatory standards.

Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

Based on typical rates for heavy civil earthwork and boulder wall installation (approximately $100‑$200 per linear foot) plus grading, erosion control, and revegetation, the total contract value is estimated between $50,000 and $150,000. Factors influencing the range include local labor rates, material costs for boulders and vegetation, site access constraints, and any additional environmental mitigation required.
