The City of West Des Moines is seeking a qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMaR) to provide pre‑construction and construction management services for the demolition, site work, and construction of a new 16,600 sf Fire & EMS Station 21 (plus a 2,250 sf mezzanine).
