The Iowa DOT seeks a qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk to design‑build a new Maintenance Garage, Salt Storage Structure, and Cold‑Storage Building in Alton, IA. The CM will assume risk for delivering the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and a Guaranteed Delivery Date, coordinating all design, permitting, subcontractor procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
