The Adjutant General's Department is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services at the Mission Training Complex at Fort Leavenworth. The facility has approximately 45,000 cleanable square feet of lobbies, entrances, restrooms, stairwells, conference rooms, auditorium area, public areas, elevators, vending and break areas, custodial closets, out buildings and office space. The contract period is from the date of award through December 31, 2030. • The contractor must provide janitorial services, including daily cleaning, trash removal, and restocking of supplies. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a list of employees working at the location and provide emergency contact information. • The contractor must be available 24/7 to handle emergencies and provide services as needed. • The contractor must comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Kansas Age Discrimination in Employment Act. • The contractor must provide a certification regarding immigration reform and control. • The contractor must provide a certification that they are not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel. • The contractor must provide a certification that they are not currently engaged in the procurement or obtainment of certain equipment, services, or systems from foreign adversaries.
