GOOSE CREEK JANITORIAL SERVICES

The South Carolina Department of Public Health is soliciting a qualified firm to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for the Goose Creek Health Department facility (approximately 5,100 sq ft). Work is to be performed evenings, Monday‑Friday, 5 PM‑9 PM, and must include all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies (except consumables provided by DPH). The contract is a fixed‑price, all‑inclusive monthly rate with a base term of one year and up to four one‑year renewal options, for a maximum duration of five years.
