Kenosha County Golf and Parks Division Maintenance Buildings Design Services

The Kenosha County Golf and Parks Division is seeking design services for two new maintenance buildings. The first building will be located at the Petrifying Springs Golf Course and will include private offices, vehicle storage, maintenance area, and other amenities. The second building will be located at the Petrifying Springs Park and will include office space, vehicle storage, and a drive-through wash bay. The contractor will be responsible for providing professional design and construction management services, including project planning, concept design, final design, bidding, and construction management.
