Western Carolina University is seeking a comprehensive service/maintenance agreement for its Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System, which includes over 1,000 cameras and 55 DVR/NVRs. The selected vendor will provide on-site and remote login for all equipment and software associated with the University's 3xLOGIC CCTV system. The vendor must be an authorized 3xLOGIC Provider/Center, located within 100 miles of the University, with a response time of within two hours. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. • The vendor will be responsible for programming, configuration, installation, and maintenance of equipment. • The vendor will provide itemized estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations within ten workdays. • The vendor will include the cost of 24 man-hours per month for service, maintenance, installations, programming, updates, supplies, and equipment. • The vendor will provide use of a bucket truck when needed for service, maintenance, and installations. • The vendor will ensure that all installations meet or exceed the requirements of the North Carolina Building Codes and project-specific requirements of the University.
