Notice for Professional Services

The County of Kauai is seeking professional services for the NEW LANDFILL SITING, DESIGN, ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND PERMITTING project. The services required include engineering and environmental review. The contractor will be responsible for providing current statements of qualifications and expressions of interest for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the County. • The project involves the siting, design, and environmental review of a new landfill. • The contractor must have experience in engineering and environmental review. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the County.
