Professional Services

The Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional services. The district reserves the right to withdraw this solicitation at any time and for any reason. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure the services of an organization or individual to provide the goods/services described herein to the district. The district will consider the offer non-responsive if the offeror provides cooperative pricing. The district may require the selected offeror to sign a separate, formal contract that fully incorporates all the provisions of this solicitation. • The district is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes. • The offeror must read and understand this solicitation and the solicitation terms and conditions. • The offeror must provide a signed solicitation acknowledgment attribute. • The district may modify this solicitation by formal addendum. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers or any part thereof. • The district will evaluate the offers based on best value. • The district may request additional information, conduct interviews, request presentations with offerors, and contact references as part of the evaluation process.
