Nortland Associates, Inc. will be submitting a bid on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 2pm for the SUNY ESF - Illick Enabling Projects; Walters Hall Lab Relocations (Lab 202 and 322) located in Syracuse, NY. This project involves the renovation of Rooms 202 and 322 in Walters Hall to renovate the existing spaces into research lab spaces, work involves partial demolition, removal of wall partitions, partial removal and reinstallation of ACT drop ceilings and framing to accomodate work above ceilings, new wall partitions, relocation of existing base cabinets from Baker Hall to new lab spaces, new countertops, sinks, and fume hoods, new center lab counters and reagent shelving, new HVAC split system, ductwork, reheat coils, piping, insulation and controls, new plumbing in ceilings below spaces and within lab spaces, new electrical receptacles, ceiling mounted electrical reels, relocating lighting, panels and circuiting, and other related work. This project has a 120 Calendar Day Schedule.
