the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to selective demolition of existing squash courts in existing higher education sports facility. Interior renovation to provide program space for the Rehabilitation Research And Movement Performance Laboratory (RRAMP). The program includes a laboratory for various research types, examination room, locker room, public and staff toilets, multi-purpose classrooms, and a new elevator at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794 services, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 26/27-005MC, Exhibits, and Prevailing Wages, PRC#: 2026021252. All work on this Contract is to be completed “within 609 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed” There will be a one-time, MANDATORY site visit for perspective bidders scheduled for Wednesday, September, 16, 2026, at 10:00 am (SHARP) at Stony Brook University, Research & Development Park, 1512 Development Drive, Research & Support Services Building 17, Conference Room A, Stony Brook, NY 11794-6010. *Only those contractors who attend the site visit will be eligible to bid on this project* All questions relating to this bid must be submitted in writing on Jaggaer to the Q & A Board.
