SUNY Plattsburgh - Renovate Algonquin Dining Hall for Admissions

Northland Associates, Inc. will be submitting a bid on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 2pm for the SUNY Plattsburgh Renovation Algonquin Dining Hall for Admissions in Plattsburgh, NY. The work of this single prime bid includes the renovation of a vacant dining hall with a commercial kitchen into an Admissions Center for the college. The conversion includes extensive removals and hazardous materials abatement throughout the building. The interior spaces will be extensively reconfigured with new partitions, doors and windows. Sitework includes a new plaza on the northeast side of the building, sidewalks and a full depth parking lot replacement. This project has a 540 Calendar Day Schedule.
