The City of Oakland’s Equipment Services Division (ESD) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide bulk lubricants for various municipal vehicles and equipment. ESD maintains a fleet that includes light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, off-road machinery, and other specialized equipment.
