John Martin Dam Janitorial Service - AMENDMENT 0002

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Administrative Building and Group Shelter at the John Martin Reservoir. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the janitorial services. The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers.
