SR48 Concrete Repairs (Loop to Whipp)

The City of Centerville, Ohio is seeking bids for a highway concrete repair project on State Route 48 (SR48) from the Loop to Whipp. The scope includes removal and replacement of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, and minor to major catch basin repairs, as well as associated traffic maintenance and site work. The engineer’s estimate for the work is $160,455 and the bid must be submitted by October 8, 2026. • Replace 925 LF of concrete curb & gutter, 550 SF of sidewalk/curb ramp, and 320 LF of 4″ concrete walk. • Replace various types of curbs (roll, combined, barrier) totaling over 1,000 LF. • Perform minor and major catch basin repairs/replacements (4 EA minor, 1 EA major, 1 EA replacement). • Include mobilization, traffic maintenance, and a one‑time seeding/mulching service.
