Insurance/Risk Mgt Consulting Svc., including Agent/Broker of Record Services

The City of Middletown is seeking proposals from qualified brokers/agents to provide insurance and risk management consulting services, including agent/broker of record services, for the City and the Middletown Board of Education. The selected respondent will be responsible for providing a range of services, including advising the City on new developments in municipal insurance, processing claims, providing loss experience data, and assisting in the administration of retained and transferred losses. The contract is expected to be for a term of three years, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. • The City is looking for a broker/agent with experience in municipal insurance and risk management. • The selected respondent will be required to provide a range of services, including claims processing and loss control. • The contract is expected to be for a term of three years, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. • The City has a self-insured workers' compensation program and is looking for a broker/agent to assist in the administration of this program. • The City has a range of insurance policies in place, including general liability, automobile liability, and property insurance.
