The City of Pensacola is seeking a qualified Commissioning Agent (CxA) to provide full‑service commissioning for the Pensacola International Airport Terminal Expansion and related enabling projects, including a packaged chiller building. The CxA will act as the airport’s independent advisor, ensuring safety, operational continuity, passenger experience, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance are met while minimizing disruption to ongoing airport operations.
