Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Santa Barbara Airport Terminal Improvement Project

The City of Santa Barbara is seeking a qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) to oversee the design‑build delivery of a 33,000‑sq‑ft terminal expansion and renovation at Santa Barbara Municipal Airport. The CMAR will provide pre‑construction services (cost estimating, constructability reviews, GMP development) and then manage an 18‑month construction phase while maintaining uninterrupted airport operations.
