Respondents shall provide 5 uploaded files with their submission: (1) the Technical Response in PDF format, inclusive of all required attachments and exhibits, (2) the Cost Proposal, which must be submitted as an Excel file, (3) the Bid Proposal Face Sheet, (4) the Doing Business Data Form, and (5) the Proposers New York State – Proof of Registered Entity to the corresponding RFP number via iSupplier in final form no later than 2 p.m. on November 5, 2026. Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a “draft” but not successfully submitted will not be considered. Prior to submitting a proposal, bidders are to ensure that their response includes all required forms and documentation and that all are properly completed, signed, and notarized, where applicable. Proposers should refer to Section IV (2) of this RFP for details on Proposal submission requirements. It is the Proposers sole responsibility to complete and submit its proposal via iSupplier to the corresponding RFP prior the RFP Bid Submission Deadline.
