Consultant Services, On-Call Hazmat RFP

The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) seeks one or more qualified consultants or consultant teams to provide on‑call hazardous material (hazmat) and environmental services. Scope includes site investigations, Phase I/II remedial action plans, resident engineering, environmental monitoring, asbestos abatement monitoring, health and safety plans, cost estimates, underground storage tank removal, and related reporting. NYCEDC encourages participation from firms of varying size and specialty, with an emphasis on Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) participation. The contract will be awarded to one or more consultants based on proposal quality, staff experience, subcontractor expertise, past performance, fee schedule, and M/WBE participation plan.
