2026-16 EMS Collection Services

The County of Cole is seeking a collection agency to collect delinquent ambulance service accounts. The selected agency will be responsible for formally demanding payment, responding to communications, maintaining accounting records, and remitting collections to the County. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to five consecutive years. The agency must have experience in similar work and must provide proof of registration and licenses required to do business in the state of Missouri. • The agency must have sufficient personnel and financial resources to perform the contract. • The agency must maintain auditable financial records and provide monthly reports to the County. • The agency must remit collections to the County by the 15th day of each month. • The agency must provide a detailed breakdown of their fees and charges. • The agency must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
