Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Educational Support Services for Rope Rescue, Trench Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, Structural Collapse Rescue, and Mine and Tunnel Rescue Simulation and Certification Exercises

The Wisconsin National Guard is seeking to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for non-personal commercial services to provide educational support services, including rope rescue, trench rescue, confined space rescue, structural collapse rescue, and mine and tunnel rescue simulation and certification exercises. The services will be provided at the WMATA Training Facility and AP Hill Training Site. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, safety, instruction, testing, classroom, and training sites necessary to deliver fully functional training props and exercise support. • The contract will be for a firm-fixed-price. • The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials. • The contract will include a confined space training maze and an underground vault training prop. • The contractor will provide exercise support during the September 2026 Capital Shield Exercise. • The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
