Educational and Training Services for Students, Parents, and The Community

The Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals for educational and training services for students, parents, and the community. The services should include, but are not limited to, virtual tutoring, and other activities that support the educational goals of the district. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The district reserves the right to withdraw this solicitation at any time and for any reason. • The district will consider the offer non-responsive if the offeror provides cooperative pricing. • The offeror must provide services to be considered for an award, and the solicitation is not for materials only. • The district may require the selected offeror to sign a separate, formal contract that fully incorporates all the provisions of this solicitation. • The offeror must comply with all applicable provisions of the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment (31 U.S.C. 1352).
