Request for Proposals - Commercial Energy Assessments - SEEL PROGRAM

The City of Bloomington is seeking a qualified contractor to provide commercial energy assessments for the Solar, Energy Efficiency, and Lighting (SEEL) program. The selected contractor will collaborate with the City to maximize the number of commercial-scale energy assessments on an annual basis. The contractor will provide a general energy assessment, including data gathering and analysis, on-site inspection, identification of energy-saving measures, and development of a recommended action plan. The contractor will also provide energy assessment reports, including benchmarking calculations and comparisons to similar buildings. The City is looking for a contractor with experience in commercial energy assessments, a strong project team, and a plan for ensuring adequate capacity to accommodate the anticipated increase in volume of leads.
