Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) to provide pre‑construction and construction services for a new 150,000‑sq‑ft Graduate Student Housing and Innovation Hub on its Rootstown campus. The project includes 130 furnished single‑unit apartments (≈500 sf each) and a multi‑use innovation hub. The CMR will be engaged as schematic design begins, develop GMP packages, manage subcontractor pre‑qualification, bidding, constructability reviews, value engineering, and oversee construction through closeout. The selection process involves an RFQ qualification stage (due 9/30/2026) followed by an RFP stage with a pre‑proposal meeting (10/07/2026) and final selection (10/30/2026).
