Construction Manager at Risk for Cleveland Metroparks Achievement Centers for Children ReImagined

The Cleveland Metroparks, in partnership with Achievement Centers for Children, is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) to deliver a multi‑phase, $14 million “Achievement Centers for Children ReImagined” project at the Mill Stream Run Reservation. The CMR will coordinate design‑assist services, develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), manage construction sequencing, oversee subcontractors, and ensure compliance with budget, schedule, accessibility, and sustainability goals. The effort includes three phases: new adult‑day facility and cabins (Phase 1), activity/recreational center and outdoor spaces (Phase 2), and site entrance improvements plus optional sports/ aquatic facilities (Phase 3). The CMR will work closely with the design team, Cleveland Metroparks staff, and the nonprofit client, providing cost estimates during design, open‑book pricing, and construction administration.
