Appraisal Services for Oracle Extension Lode Claim-Culver Land Purchase (Land Appraisal)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide land appraisal services for the Oracle Extension Lode Claim-Culver Land Purchase in Southcentral Alaska. The contractor will be responsible for conducting a site inspection and submitting a complete final appraisal report as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract, and the period of performance will be from the date of award until December 31, 2026. • The contractor must be a State Certified General Appraiser and have experience in appraisal of property under the requirements of the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions. • The contractor must provide a copy of their certificate of completion for specific training in the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions. • The contractor must have access to local data sources and be geographically competent. • The contractor must affirm availability to complete the appraisal within 60 days of the Period of Performance Start Date.
