Feasibility Analysis for Proposed Police Dept. Public Safety Headquarters

The City of Sandy is seeking a consultant to conduct a feasibility analysis for a proposed Police Department Public Safety Headquarters. The selected consultant will evaluate potential project locations, conduct a space needs assessment, and provide conceptual-level construction and project cost estimates. The consultant will also coordinate with City staff, stakeholders, and the Police Department throughout the process. The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026. Key aspects of the project include: • Evaluating potential project locations, including the "Justice Campus" site and the existing Arbor Building • Conducting a detailed space needs assessment and growth analysis • Preparing site-specific feasibility evaluations and conceptual facility layouts • Developing conceptual-level construction and project cost estimates • Providing recommendations regarding the preferred alternative
