The Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) is seeking a contractor to perform an interior renovation that will relocate the fitness center program to the first floor of the Learning Commons (LC) Building at its Loudoun Campus. This project involves demolition, reconfiguration of interior spaces, installation of new fitness equipment, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades, and finishing work to create a functional, modern fitness facility. • Interior demolition and removal of existing structures. • Installation of new walls, flooring, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing to accommodate fitness equipment. • Coordination with college stakeholders to minimize disruption to campus activities. • Compliance with applicable building codes and accessibility standards. • Delivery of a completed fitness center ready for immediate use.
