Description
The Northern Virginia Community College is seeking a contractor to renovate the 3rd‑floor laboratory space by reconfiguring two existing classrooms (CM311 and CM365) into a single, modern lab. The work includes selective demolition of partition walls, removal and replacement of floor finishes and ceiling grid, patching and painting of walls, installation of new floor‑ and wall‑mounted power outlets, and provision of new emergency egress doors to meet fire‑rating requirements.
