Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-10-0004 DNR Forestry Crew Facility - Palmer

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT), Division of Facilities Services (DFS), is soliciting proposals for approximately 15,000 to 20,000 square feet of usable indoor heated space to accommodate storage, garage, office, and fire crew readiness space, plus approximately 1,200 square feet of covered outdoor area and approximately 20,000 square feet of outdoor area to be used for training and exercise for the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Fire Protection to be located near Palmer, Alaska.
