RFQ For On-Call Planning, Design, and Consulting Services for: Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Medical Facilities, Audio Visual, Data Engineering, and Furniture Specialist

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking experienced and qualified firms to provide on-call planning, design, and consulting services for various disciplines, including architecture, engineering, interior design, and medical and health clinic planning. The selected firms will be required to enter into a contract with UNLV for an initial term of one year, with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The contract will have a total aggregate spend of up to $3,000,000 per firm. The scope of work includes providing design services for various projects, including new construction, renovations, and upgrades. The firms will be required to maintain a local office within a 50-mile radius of UNLV and staff it with primary project personnel.
